Congratulations, you did it!

You did it, you clever thing.

Now, it really doesn’t matter if you did this in seven days or whether you took a little longer. Completing is the aim of the game and you are now reading this, so you did it. Even though this is the end of your course, this doesn’t need to be the end of your journey with mindfulness, meditation or awareness insight. In fact, I hope that this is now the beginning for you. I honestly believe that there is no greater act of self-love than learning how to connect back with yourself. Meditation and mindfulness are a wonderful way in which to do that. So, where to from here?
