Looking to take your practice to the next level?

Personalised 1-on-1 coaching could be the perfect option for you. Perhaps you are looking for private classes to learn to meditate. Maybe it’s manifestation that’s sparked your interest but you’re not sure where to start. Maybe you want some personalised mindfulness plans.

Learning how to cultivate a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, feelings and peel back the layers of worry, self-doubt, disconnection to bring you home to your true self can be tricky. I know that when I went through this process I needed a little additional help. To unravel the unhelpful thoughts and to cheer me on when I started to wobble. I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader and to help you to navigate your way through.

What to expect from your 1-on-1 sessions.

Before:

Before our first session, you’ll get a form to fill out so that I can get really clear on what it is that you are wanting help with and how best to support you. We are all so unique and this is no cookie cutter coaching experience.

I’ll ask you to think about the areas of your life that you are wanting to focus on and the tools that you are the most interested in. If you are really stuck and unsure about all of this (don’t worry, this happens far more than you’d think) then that is where we will start.

During:

Your coaching session is an opportunity to be really seen, understood and supported in a safe, fully confidential and non-judgmental environment. These sessions can be in person or virtual. Whatever works best for you.

During the sessions, we will focus on the areas that you want the most support with. Using different mindfulness tools to assist, you’ll get the opportunity to explore a roadmap of where it is that you want to go and the steps that you can take to get there. I’m a huge believer that if you connect with the tools then the rest will unfold, so we will spend the time to make sure that you’ve got solid foundations to habits that you will love. Remember, I’ve been where you are so I know how that feels. It can feel incredibly unnerving and unsettling so my goal is to make sure that you get the very support that I know that I needed.

After:

You’ll get comprehensive notes from your session, including a roadmap for how to move through the work that we discussed, based on your personal needs. You’ll also have a personalised ‘tool kit’ that will help you to have a practice that works for you and your life.

You can book a one-off session or multiple. A plan including an Rx for how to move through the work based on your personal needs and the blocks uncovered during your session. They will provide tools & tricks to help you personalize your practice and special insights that are not even in the workshops.
