Light a candle. Take a breath. Choose one prompt or work through all seven:

  2. What would it look like to honour my nervous system daily?

  3. This month, I’m proud of myself for…

  4. What version of me am I ready to step into?

  5. What am I still holding onto that I’m ready to release?

  6. The best thing that happened last month was…

  7. If this month had a theme word or song, what would it be?

There are no right answers. Just write what’s true for you.
