Hello, I am so glad that you are here.

It's one thing to read the concepts of meditation, of using the apps, it’s quite another to turn this all into real lasting change. That is what this course is all about. It’s about learning what it means and feel like to meditate. To get familiar with the different feelings and the different nuances of meditation.

I have designed this course for you to jump in and learn at your own pace, because let’s be honest - life can be a lot. So you can do this in a week or you can spread it out. Each day I will guide you on a 20 minute meditation, you’ll get a journal prompt to help you to explore the day’s theme and an affirmation to support you.

What You’ll need

Find yourself a space where you won’t easily be interrupted. It doesn’t matter if you are sitting on a chair, on the floor just as long as you are comfortable. I recommend thinking about having some of the following with you.

  • A cosy blanket, your body temp can drop as you meditate so it can be nice to have a blanket to keep you warm.

  • Some water to keep you hydrated.

  • Cushions - to sit on or to even cuddle on your lap.

  • A notebook and pen.

  • An eye mask if you feel that would help

Ultimately these are all nice to have. In reality, the only thing that you need is you.

Meditation practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. it’s about befriending who we already are.
