4 times a week
for 4 weeks
This gives you a gentle guideline for you to start out and evaluate how you are going.
The trick is to play with different things until you hit that sweet spot that you feel that you can get into the flow of things, you look forward to the process and the ritual so that you create a consistent practice. That is when you'll really see results.
