Pineapple & Ginger tonic
If you’re searching for the perfect drink for some gut love, then this is the drink for you. I’m hugely passionate about gut health as it is one of the best things that you can do for your health.
If you haven’t discovered Wild Delicious yet for those in New Zealand then I highly recommend that you give it a try.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (70g) fresh or frozen diced pineapple
1/2 medium orange, peeled and seeds removed, coarsely chopped
1 passionfruit, pulp scooped out
1 large handful mint leaves
1/2 cup (125ml) coconut water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
35mls Wild Delicious Turmeric Black Pepper Lemon Ginger Gut Shot
Edible flowers, to serve (a very pretty added extra!)
Ice, to serve (for a perfectly cold tonic)
METHOD
Juice the pineapple, orange, passionfruit, mint, ginger and turmeric through a juicer.
Add the coconut water, lime juice and Wild Delicious Gut Shot to the extracted juice and stir to combine.
Don’t have a juicer then use a blender. Pop all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth then strain through a fine mesh sieve or muslin cloth.
Serve over ice and top with edible flowers, if you’re feeling decadent.
